Fully accountable for the conduct, delivery and management of all valuation services provided by the Valuer-General across metropolitan Adelaide. Incorporated leadership and direction for approx 48 valuers and related property staff responsible for delivering a statutory valuation service for around 600,000 properties on an annual basis. The role included provision of expert property advice to government in relation to the value of its own assets as well as representing the state in national forums and dealing directly with complex valuation challenges occasionally leading to court action. |
