Undertook valuations of an extensive range of properties whilst being responsible for the day to day management of the Valuations Department. Valuations included residential valuations for legal settlement, commercial, industrial, retail and specialist properties. Specialist propeties included medical, motels and institutional type properties. Rental valuations on a variety of properties, particularly retail and commercial properties. On the panel of the SA Water Corporation (one of two valuers) and undertook valuation and negotiations of specialised sites including tank sites, phone towers and easements. |

Trained and mentored valuers throughout the process of obtaining their Associate Membership with the Australian Property Institute.
