Personnel
Our valuation team has a substantial depth of experience and expertise. Many of our valuers have achieved senior roles in the property industry both in the private and public sectors, for organisations such as AMP, SGIC, Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International, Knight Frank, BankSA, as well as the State Government.
Several valuers are experts in specialist fields, including litigation, development projects, rural / agribusiness, caravan parks, motels and child care centres.
We have a team of over 20 valuers who are all members of the Australian Property Institute.
Industry Involvement
All our valuation staff are members of the Australian Property Institute (API) and take an active role in the industry, being represented on a number of Industry Committees such as:
Continuing Professional Development is mandatory for our professional staff. All of our valuation staff take part in professional development by attending the Australian Property Institute and Property Council of Australia’s numerous workshops, seminars and field trips.
All of our valuers must attend Australian Property Institute Risk Management Seminars. Further, our business management processes and systems that we have implemented are integral to risk management.
