Company History

Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd, Valuers and Property Consultants, is a privately owned multi faceted valuation firm and our offices are located in AMA House at 161 Ward Street, North Adelaide, SA, 5006.

Southwick & Associates, Valuers and Property Consultants was established in 1995 and an expansion of the business in 1999 saw the creation of Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd.

The three Directors of Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd are Peter Southwick , Glen Goodyear and Peter Lornie . Richard Wood is an Associate Director.

Quality Assurance

Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd has strict principles in relation to the quality assurance of valuation reports. All graduate valuer reports are reviewed and counter-signed by a senior valuer, being a Director or the Manager Residential Valuations. All commercial valuation reports are reviewed by a commercial valuation team colleague.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Our company has Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover maximum of $5,000,000. A copy of our most recent Certificate of Currency is available on request.
