Company Philosophy
Southwick Goodyear is a privately owned South Australian company providing professional valuation and consultancy services to both the private and public sector.
Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd's goal is to be recognised as industry leaders, being a medium size professional Valuation and Property Consultancy organisation, providing a prompt, reliable, professional and independent valuation and consultancy service with a competitive and flexible fee structure. High quality customer service is central to our existence.
All Directors are actively involved in providing valuation services for major clients. This is done not only so that there is Director involvement, but also because the Directors genuinely enjoy the varied work involved with all facets of valuations undertaken by Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd.
We have a staff of seventeen (17) valuers and four (4) administrative personnel, with our head office in Rose Park. We have a commitment to providing valuation services across the State and have offices in Whyalla and Mount Gambier.

Company History
Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd, Valuers and Property Consultants, currently of Level 2, 135 Fullarton Road, Rose Park, SA, 5067 was formed in 1999 and has become one of Adelaide's largest independent property valuation and consultancy companies.
The Directors of Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd are Glen Goodyear, Peter Lornie, Daniel Sander, Andrew Nobes and Richard Wood.
Joanne Gaetjens, and Lani Davidson are Associate Directors.
Quality Assurance
Southwick Goodyear Pty Ltd has strict principles in relation to the quality assurance of valuation reports. All graduate valuer reports are reviewed and counter-signed by a senior valuer, being a Director or the Manager Residential Valuations. All commercial valuation reports are reviewed by a commercial valuation team colleague.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Our company has Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover maximum of $5,000,000. A copy of our most recent Certificate of Currency is available on request.
